John & Cari Swinford- Senior Pastor
Pastor John retired from the U. S. Marine Corps in 2001, after serving over 20 years on active duty. John is a Seminary graduate and was Ordained as a Minister of Christ in 2014.
John is passionate about discipleship and ministry to men and serves on the Board of Directors for Relevant Practical Ministry for Men and as the Conference Coordinator for the Annual Springfield Iron Sharpens Iron Men's Equipping Conference.
John and Cari have been married for 37 years and have two married daughters and four grandchildren, all living in the immediate area.

Deacons
The Pasfield church family is served by an incredible team of dedicated deacons, consisting of Tom Lewis, Ed Cook, Denny Doolin, and John Weinhoeft. Each of these men have a rich love for God and serve as pillars and servants to this local body of believers.
Worship Team
Our Worship Leader is Stephanie Cook, and she is joined on the team by Deb Cantrell and T.T. Alexander, along with Ben Cook and Evan Ratsch in the Sound Booth. All using their gifts to enhance the time we spend before the throne of grace.

Our Office Team
Our clerk and secretary Connie Doolin and our treasurer Joyce Mancke are valuable parts of keeping this body moving. They each have a heart to serve God and show His love. In as much as the inner workings are kept up by them, they are also powerful in all the ways they promote communication to keep all the members informed.
